As read on the live register on 9 September 2026, with PoliePals and PolieProbe added: thirteen registered entries, two accepted (not yet registered), four marks pending in five applications. One table, nineteen entries, sixteen marks.

Sixteen marks in nineteen register entries, at one office, the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland (IPOI); seventeen of the entries were re-checked by name on the live eRegister on 9 September 2026, and section 4 gives the source of the other two. The proprietor of record is given per entry as the register states it: Cathal Ryan Hynes, or P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd., the author's company (its company number is not carried here); the particulars here are the proprietor's own capture of the register and are proprietor-reported. Eleven marks in the table are registered, in
thirteen entries (three of them held by P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd. and found on the register on 9 September though absent from the 3 July capture); two marks are accepted and awaiting registration (Reality Kernel and Narravite, ™ and not ®); and four marks are pending in five applications, four filed on 18 June 2026 (Limager is two) and PolieProbe on 13 September 2026. Section 3 explains Limage and Limager. This is the in-house status table, to which the LICENSE page defers; the live register remains the authority. Filing and registration dates, the form of each mark (word or device) and renewal dates are on the register and not carried here; the emblem drawn on this site is illustrative, not the registered device unless the register says so.

## 1. How to use the symbols
Use ® only for a registered mark, and only in Ireland, where these registrations stand, and only for goods and services inside the registration's specification: an Irish registration covers its specification, not a class heading, and does not authorise ® in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States or anywhere else. Falsely representing a mark as registered is an offence under the Irish Trade Marks Act 1996. Use ™ for a mark that is applied for or pending. The register decides which is which, and the
table below follows the register as read on 9 September 2026, using its own status words: Registered; Accepted, meaning accepted and advertised, not yet registered, so ™; Pending, meaning an application under examination, so ™.

## 3. Limager and Limage
The two words differ by one letter, and the register holds both. Limage: 267556 (P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd., 2022) and 270047 (Cathal Ryan Hynes, 2023), both class 9, registered. Limager, the spelling used in the parent publication WO 2025/046153 A2 and in Filings 1 to 3: 267560 (P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd., 18 August 2022, class 9), registered, and two applications of 18 June 2026 by Cathal Ryan Hynes, one for class 41 and one for classes 9 and 42, pending. Limager is therefore ® in Ireland for class 9 goods by the company's registration and ™ for the pending classes; this site writes Limager™, the conservative choice, until the 2026 applications register. Earlier versions of this page, the repository notice and the internal record said the register held Limage and not Limager; the live register corrected that on 9 September 2026. Truth Beam (264324) is written here as the table writes it, two words; the one-word domain name truthbeam.com is a domain, not a registration.
## 4. How this was verified
Two sources. The proprietor's IPO Ireland search-result capture of 3 July 2026, together with the e-filing receipts of 18 June 2026, neither published here; and BOSUN's re-check of every mark by name on the live eRegister on 9 September 2026 (text search, operator Equals), which an outsider can repeat there, and which found the three P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd. entries the capture lacked, Reality Kernel accepted under 275621, Narravite accepted rather than registered, and the June applications on the public register as pending. The receipt numbers come from the e-filing receipts only. Two rows come from elsewhere: PoliePals (264325) from the proprietor's register capture of 11 June 2026, and PolieProbe from its filing receipt of 13 September 2026, filed after the re-check.
## 5. Where the authority actually sits
The authoritative source is the live IPO Ireland eRegister at [eregister.ipoi.gov.ie](https://eregister.ipoi.gov.ie/), under Trade Marks, searched by number. Statuses can change, so verify each
number there before relying on it, and take particular care with the applied-for and pending marks: Reality Kernel, Limager,
PolieProtectorate, PoliePaladin and PolieProbe. This page is a clerk's snapshot of the register as it stood on 9 September 2026. The footer's permission and patent lines concern PolieBotics' own material; trade-mark rights are separate, and nominative use of these names to refer to the projects is not restricted by them.
